Bonnie L. Hartung, 79, of Rt. 2, Crawfordsville, died Thursday in Culver Hospital. She was a member of Mace United Methodist Church, WSCS and home economics club. She was born at Paint Bank, Va., on Sept. 20, 1897, a daughter of Harvey and Lydia Reed Smith. She was first married to William H. Chadwick in 1923. She then married Henry Hartung in 1939. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Betty) Sosbe of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Gordon (Wanda) Servies of Greer, S.C.; a brother, Everett Smith of Advance; two sisters, Mrs. Edith Warren of Linden and Mrs. Mildred Linn of Sutland, Md.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Victor Link officiating. Burial will be in Mace K of P Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Saturday.--waw
